Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code for a printer-free drop-off experience.
Package Your Gear
Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive it, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
